Yes. Each registered person can rent 1 (one) 26" Rim bicycle and 1 (one) 20" Rim bicycle at a time.
No. The project operates from 05:00 AM to 10:59 PM. However, if you rented a bike before the operating hours ended, you can return it normally.
You can make multiple trips a day for a maximum of 1 hour each, always returning the bike and waiting 15 minutes before making a new rental. This is necessary because it is a bike-sharing project.
Return it at the station. If it has been less than 5 minutes since you took the bicycle out, you can rent another one. Help us keep the bicycles in good shape — report it to our customer service center so maintenance can be notified: (15) 3326-7568 (WhatsApp), or via our social media @integra.bike.
a) In case of late return, a fee equal to the value of 1 (one) Social Pass will be charged;
b) After 61 (sixty-one) minutes: a fee equal to 2 (two) Social Passes will be charged, plus 1 (one) social pass for each additional hour, and so on;
c) The Late Fee will be based on the social pass value and will be charged via PIX to URBES;
d) If the user wishes to pay the fee to avoid the suspension, they must request the PIX on the website, WhatsApp, or by phone;
e) The PIX details will be sent to the user's email address provided at the time of registration.
If you did not complete the return process correctly, the system will not recognize your trip, resulting in a late return and a system block. After 3 incorrect returns, your account will be canceled, and you can rejoin after 10 (ten) days.

To unblock your account due to an incorrect return, contact us Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM via (15) 3326-7568 (WhatsApp), providing: CPF, station, slot number, return time, and, if possible, a photo of the bicycle docked in the slot.

Blocks also occur when exceeding 1 hour of use, generating a late fee. After payment, the account is reactivated within 2 (two) business days. The unblocking can be expedited if the user wishes to pay the late fee instead of serving the suspension. To do this, they must request the PIX on the website, WhatsApp, or by phone.
The user will have their system access suspended for 10 (ten) days, or they can pay the late return fee to avoid suspension.
