If you did not complete the return process correctly, the system will not recognize your trip, resulting in a late return and a system block. After 3 incorrect returns, your account will be canceled, and you can rejoin after 10 (ten) days.
To unblock your account due to an incorrect return, contact us Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM via (15) 3326-7568 (WhatsApp), providing: CPF, station, slot number, return time, and, if possible, a photo of the bicycle docked in the slot.
Blocks also occur when exceeding 1 hour of use, generating a late fee. After payment, the account is reactivated within 2 (two) business days.
The unblocking can be expedited if the user wishes to pay the late fee instead of serving the suspension. To do this, they must request the PIX on the website, WhatsApp, or by phone.
