If you have not made the return correctly, the system does not recognize your ride,
generating a late return and blocking your access to the system. Keep in mind that
after 3 (three) incorrect returns, the User will have the registration cancelled, being able
to return to make a new registration in the system after 90 (ninety) days.
In case you have made an incorrect return, our team will unlock you during the
opening hours from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm on the phones:
(15) 3326-7568 (WhatsApp). You only have to inform the following data: CPF, station, dock number, time
of the return, and if possible a photo of the bike in the dock.
The system lock also happens if you exceed the time of 1 hour, which will generate
a fee for disrespecting the rules in addition to blocking. After paying the fee, the
registration will be unlocked after 02 (two) business days.
